My son, 10m, from banglore, having fever, cold and cough since 4 days. He’s taking cetrizine, Calpol, cofarest pd as prescribed by doctor. Do I need to do any tests as the fever still persists along with other symptoms.

A. dear mom. if their is improvement in symptoms then it is fine, do complete the course of medications. or in case of reduced feeding, and no sign of recovery, do consult your doctor
