My baby has 4 months old. He has cough and cold. doctor prescribed kofarest-pd, this is not effective to the child. Any other drops you recommend?

A. It is completely fine sometime the medicines can take more than 5 to 7 days to settle down so continue with the medicine that you’re giving as of now yet if your child does not feel better then that case you can consult your paediatrician once
