My son 1.5year old he got boils on legs and hands.is it allergy or any thing else

A. It Maybe due to some kind of an allergy which is why this is happening I cannot really give you the correct reason because I’m not able to see any picture so it’s better that you take a guidance from a dermatologist ones regarding the same
