my some is 15 months and I feel his legs are curved towards inside, should we do anything any exercise or any treatment.

This requires proper evaluation so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive propeovcr information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach to get a proper treatment regarding this.
