my six months old baby is having hair fall problem...i consulted a paed he gave a shampoo and a hair lotion but still my baby's hair are breaking...what should i do? is it necessary to shampoo baby's hair? can i wash her hair thoroughly with water or is it necessary to use shampoo? (i use shampoo on her hair twice a week and i daily massage her hair with virgin coconut oil)..also, some people suggest me to put coconut oil in her wet hair (right after washing hair)...is it good ?

It’s normal for babies to lose their baby hair and replace by permanent hair. Some babies lose less hair where as some may lose more or all. You can encourage tummy time to help prevent bald spots and try to avoid brushing their hair too much

No only one time that to after 8-10 months as baby have cradle cap more than one Mundan below one year is not safe.
Mundan once is sufficient and use castor oil or coconut oil and feed iron foods , protein foods in diet for hair growth.
Also Once Check baby Haemoglobin level due to less HB also hairfall happens.

thanks dear. some people told me that there will be need to do three or four times mundan of my baby since she is having hair fall ...and doing three or four times mundan will help her to have good hair growth..is this true?

Hello good afternoon !! Use mild shampoo or soapnut soap shampoo available in market.
Also don't worry about hairfall,in the initial months baby have less hair and hair growth after first shave hair growth will be good.
Hairfall is due to low Haemoglobin , external products like oil/shampoo.
Use castor oil/Coconut oil and shampoo with less pH value 4-5(Baby hug,the moms co)
No apply oil after drying baby's hair, applying oil on wet hair catches cold.
