My sister is tested positive today and she had visited our house yesterday need help in precautions to be taken for 2.6 years old daughter

For covid 19, you will have to isolate your sister and keep the baby with you or other family members. The child will.have to stay away till isolation period get over. Let her talk on phone or video calling.
Give you sister warm water to drink, and healthy diet. Give supplements also like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Also let her take steam.
Get her proper treatment if she feels more uncomfortable. Good luck and take care
