my sister is not getting breastmilk since he was born so what we should do will you suggest any thing

A. Hello my dear parent! The more baby suckles breast milk directly, the better supply. Include certain foods that contain methi, roasted Makhana, jeera and saunf. Consult a lactation specialist for further guidance in this matter, good luck and take care.
