my sister is 8 years old she is so weak her weight is 17kg stil and height is like 5 yr baby . please help us what should we do regarding her

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, ypu should guve her supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Also give rich diet like ghee butter cheese etc but in limit Also balance her diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Also give full cream milk either plain or in the form of banana shake or, mango shake etc to your baby. Good luck and take care
