my self Rajpal Singh my waight is about 72 kg hight 5.3, my waight is right or not now? if no, plz h give some tips to reduce my waight

A. Hello! Eat a well balanced healthy, right and keep yourself hydrated all day. Avoid junk foods totally, no late night meals and make a time schedule for all the meals. Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Maybe you can enrol yourself in some good physical activity or sport.
