my preterm baby has turned 2 months two days old, since I hv low breast milk I'm giving him top feed along with breastmilk, when he was 1 month old he was admitted in nicu for breathlessness problem and there nurse had told its becoz of bottle feeding and the baby got nipple infection, Dr also advised to feed from spoon, till date I hv used spoon but it has become hectic job becz my baby is nt finishing complete milk, can I switch back to bottle feeding pls suggest

See If your child already had an infection with a bottle feeding I would not advise you to take a risk what you can do is you can consult your paediatrician and ask them the kind of water that you can use if you are okay with it you can go for glass bottles I think that would be the safer options but still you’ll have to get it checked with your doctor ones
