my periods started at 3 months after the delivery..... is this any prblm

so just maintain proper nutritious diet along with adequate water intake and use proper contraception to avoid unwanted pregnancy

Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated while breastfeeding your baby
