my period is not regular n proper after my delivery...only spot leave in my period..

A. Even though irregularities in your menstrual cycles are normal still the spotting should be evaluated further. Also rule out an accidental pregnancy in which implantation bleeding might look like spottingWrite Your Answer Here

A. good afternoon it is a common problem after the delivery for lactating mothers I would recommend that you should try to consult the doctor simce it's been more than a year since your delivery
