Q.
my one year old girl only eat rice kanji and idly.. she didn't eat anything yet. i tried but she spit it out anytime.

Namaste Mom You also need to get firm , offer her food from your plate and make them sit along when you eat , offer food from your plate they would be tantrums as such that they dont wish to eat , but at times it is fine not to give in otherwise they would never learn
