my one month old baby is having cold. how to treat the same ?

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and  if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion  it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained . Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. 
along with that cough expectorant and decongefrstant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
