My nipples are dry itchy and flaky and have a very cracked nipples which makes it very hard to breast feed him.... wt is the possible reason for this and wt to do to make it less painful

it is important to keep nipples moisturized you can use
Himalaya nipples soothing cream or mama Earth nipples soothing cream
you can use nipples shield to feed or use Babyhug electric breast pump to express milk and feed baby
