my niece is 3 yr old. And from 3-4days she get these pimples/blisters on her face and they are painless. can you please explain what these blisters? and what is the cure for this?

A. I think this is a reaction to food or allergy or some kind of infection is there you should consult the doctor physically to check what is the problem and they can confirm on the problem and can read the child according to that
