my newborn baby is 40 days and my question is liquid poop he is doing most often like water is it normal

A. dear mom. it is common in a newborn baby. if he is active, taking feeds well, urine output is more then 6-7 times per day than it is normal. o k

Q. my daughter is 2 month old and soon going to be 3 months old after 40 days she poops 4-5 times daily just like how a newborn poop liquid yellow poop with some mucus sometimes. she used to poop once or alternate days before she turned 40 days but after 40 days she is pooping more. she is active and looks well i even went to pediatric she said she has gastroenteritis and said said she will be ok in a few days but it didn't improve. im even eating less spicy food because i breastfeed her. can somebody please help.
