whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warm. prevent temperature variations from hot to cold dand cold to hot environment.
you can use a room heater or blower to maintain a constant temperature during night time to prevent fluctuations. give more fluids to the child orally.
complete the vaccination of the child on time
