My mother in law used honey to clean the tongue of my 2 month old baby. I just came to know about the dangers of babies ingesting honey and now I am worried. Please tell me what do I do now?

A. you should talk to your mil and get her know about the using honey disadvantaged before 1 year honey can, very occasionally, contain a spore of a bacterium called clostridium botulinum. This can cause a rare form of food poisoning (botulism) in babies.
