My milk supply is gone low since two days. when I'm pumping my milk looks more watery. what cud b d reason?

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, have a healthy diet. Take food in smaller quantity and in a more number of intervals. have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass of water after feeding your baby. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, pulses in your diet. Be relaxed. Take adequate rest. You can also take lactose granules. Please consult your gynaecologist before taking that.
