my milk ducts have blocked they are not going how much i do massage what should I do

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage in circular motion or compression during feedings. Breastfeed often—every 1.5 to 2 hours during the day .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. U I do circular motion massage onto your breast and also start doing hot compress at least 5 to 7 times in a day that will help in opening up the pores and clogged ducts the issue that you’re facing so go ahead with that
