My little girl is 52 days old and I had a normal delivery. My stitches have been healed. When is the right time for me to start workout ?

A. Write Your Answer Here As you had a vagina delivery you can start working out as early as six weeks after giving birth but don’t do any dieting especially when you are exclusively breast-feeding your baby
