Q.

my last period on September 1 , yesterday 28 sep i have my period but bleeding is light bleeding.and having a little cramping in my abdomen what's that mean .is this my periods or implantation bleeding?

A. get ultrasound. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Yes you have got your period and this is actually a period leading only so I would say sometimes this can happen that the period can repeat by the end of the month this can happen this is basically some kind of a calculation that all leads to an early
