my kiddo is not speaking but able to understand what I say and he is able to communicate but not able to speak...kindly let us know anything we need to do in specific as we both are working parents

A. spend quality time.. keep encouraging the baby more and more.. keep questioning about everything and every time. break the words and sentence and let the baby repeat after you.. let the baby mingle with same age groups..
