My son is not able to communicate and he can't understand what we say,he can't speak full sentence like 'I want to drink water' he is 3yrs old what can I do in this ??

A. you need to consult with your doctor once a psychiatrist would be the option who can help you out with this and he may refer you to a speech therapist that will improve the communication skills
