My kid speaks 10-12 words but on his own will. He speaks in his own language full day. He points to many things like ac, tv, fan, watch whenever we ask. He also knows many fruits, vegetables and animals and points to them when ever asked. He is very active and playful. Should I be worried about his speech?

A. do not worry if your baby is having vocabulary of few words understanding your commands coming when called making eye contact every baby is different and achieving developmental milestones so keep encouraging

A. See If your child is speaking 10 to 12 words as of now that means your child understands everything your child can speak well so it’s okay maybe the speech is a little behind in those ways but there is nothing to be worried about you can always consult a speech therapist she can guide you better on this issue
