My kid's skin becomes rough and hard at a few places like foot, back, hands, why is it happening with him?

In winter season a lot of times kids have very dry skin because of the weather and roughness can also be seen so you can apply NMFE vitamin E cream which is going to be a good option for the skin of your child which you can apply regularly throughout the year
