my kid is under wit and lean always she had a fever what are the process I should take for high immunity

A. To improve immunity of the baby which will help in preventing diseases you have to give a proper balanced diet which will also help proper growth and development ,all the vaccinatifons should be given as per the protocol . can also give multivitamin supplement under the advice of your doctor.u
