A. To control weight of the child, it is important to make some dietary changes. Give more of fiber and protein rich foods alongwith lots of fluids. Reduce intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Engage him in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling, swimming, hanging bars and other outdoor games. Reduce screen time.
