my kid is 3.9 he is toilet trained but still his underwear are a little wet whenever we check. he is always telling us about pee and poo but after every 1-1.5 hr his underwear is wet. at night also we wake him to pee but if we don't he is sometimes a little wet. what could be the reason and what can I do now?

Potty Training can be started after the age of 2 yrs.for this you need to develop a conditioned reflex in the child by fixing a particular time regularly in which the child should be sitted over the potty seat .do not force the child instead make it a playful activity and not to mbjiake the child repulsive about it.slowly the child will learn to indicate before the time.
