my kid is 2.9 months old. he vomit day before yesterday and today . and i see loose motion today... what happend to him.. i can visit hospital today. but need your suggestions

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this is gastroenteritis infection It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
