Q.

My Kid is 2.11years old. She having cold and mild fever. But the pblm is she is having an yellow discharge in her eye's from past 3 days. eyes are not red.

A. can be eye infection, continue all advice medication, keep good hygiene.. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. Hello mom In such case, you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise you are after examining baby. You should never use any sort of medication or drop. Still it is not advised by doctors of first consult with your doctor about it.
