My kid has thick , redness in eyes and water , little fever . What to do

Maybe the fever is high that is why your child may be having this issue you please clean the eyes with warm water regularly and get it examined with your doctor because you don’t need to know what is the problem in the eyes and why this is happening and sometimes it could be due to heavy fever also that the eyes can be heavy and watery but you should consult the doctor for further assistance once
