my kid frequently affected by cough and cold followed by fever what to do enhance his immunity he is 2 year old.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. most of the trains due to less immunity and allergy in the baby cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby

best to give Turmeric milk once in a day
give one serving of citrus fruits like kiwis, grapes, strawberry, Amala etc
keep your child well hydrated
get your child Vaccinated with flu shot.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
