my kid for fever for 3 days and it's settled down now. During these 3 days we didn't make him bath as fever is high. Now we are observing these pink color on his skin. what are these ?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please apply lacto calamine lotion on the affected areas. Also you can apply MamaEarth baby rash cream on it. Please massage baby with BabyHug coconut oil. Also use Sebamed soap to bathe the baby. Use a good brand moisturiser like BabyHug moisturiser or MamaEarth moisturiser for the baby. Also use a good brand sunscreen lotion for the baby. Thanks and take care
