Q.

3 yr old is having high fever, have given calpol, as temperature is not going down, when should I give Meftal..???

A. Thank you doctor, we have given blood for CBC,CRP dengue profile and urine test

A. please do cold sponging in addition to paracetamol you can use if the fever is high meptal for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
