My kid fell down and tooth went into his lips followed by bleeding and swelling Do we need to use any antibiotics for this

If the teeth entirely went inside the lips then probably there could be a deep cut and a lead as well so you should get it checked with your doctor I don’t think so of course of antibiotics would be required but medication this time would definitely be important
