my kid fart alot.but doesnt poop for 2-3 days. i am not giving him other milk.only breast milk. does he has constipation ? how to overcome this

A. the baby is only three months of age and baby is not passing stool regularly this is very common in babies below 6 months of age since you're giving only mothers feeding no need to do any medicines
