my 2 month baby is not going poop from last 6 days. he is active, doing loo n fart. he is taking proper milk time to time. please suggest if we have to give any medicine or any other activity.?

A. No there is no need for any medicine because a child can have constipation a decision that normally do not pass motion for 7 to 10 days also in a lot of cases what is the urine it well and taking all the feelings properly then it is not a problem
