My kid falls sick with cough and running nose every now and then. We have tried homeopathy, allopathy but somehow he falls sick every now and then. What should I do SOS and others is for immunity building? He has had meds just a week back but again he’s coughing.

A. hi. it may be allergic. you may guve him syp septilin १ tsp twice a day for 15 days to 1 month, to increase immunity. offer Jim lots of liquids. ok
