my kid 4.5 year old is having allergy on his body, this started all of sudden and spreading fast, can someone please suggest what we can use. also does using water or body cream on the body can increase the spread?

A. See First of all it completely depends as to what kind of an allergy or child is having is it because of food that your child is eating because certain times things don’t suit and they come out in the form of allergy sometimes they could be due to a lot of heat in the body so instead of applying anything as of now from your own side you please consult your doctor
