my is getting constipation so can you plz suggest any medicine or remedies he is 11 years old boy

Malaasan you can make your child sit in early in the morning after waking up and give one full glass of water after that your child is going to freshen up easily but if you do it every day with regular practice it will work in the night before your child goes to sleep apply some castor oil on the navel and give prune juice that will help in reducing constipation and also include papaya in every day diet
