Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Othefrrr factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone . A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good vproduct specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.
