my girl s 6 months old. diagonsd pelviectasis mild dilation APD 5 mm . is this serious? remedy for this problem plz

A. the report is incomplete with impression which needs to the scene for advice for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
