Hai sir, This is Amulya. I am 6 th month pregnent,. In Anomaly scan in that they have mentioned Renal bilateral mild pelviectasis noted in 3.6 mm in AP diameter they mentioned. plzzz clarify sir is their any problem for my baby. Thank u Sir.

A. CONCLUSION: Fetal mild bilateral pyelectasis with no calyceal dilatation is a benign condition that can be managed in the postnatal period.
