my girl is 4.3 year old.. she is not going to motion more than four days from last two months.. please suggest

A. can be due to. constipation or hard stools is common in babies . Change diet habits . Avoid junk food . Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables, palak , cauliflower etc . And fruits like papaya apple etc . Give plenty of water and other fluids also . Can give laxatives post 2 years age only under a pediatrician guidance .
