Q.

my girl is 3 years old.....she is getting over temperature..due to dehydration she was getting fever twice in a month from 3months....her body habited to medicine...what should I do to ctrl heat ..with fever she is also getting cold and cough....she was suffering cold from a month now

A. fepanil 120 mb Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees

A. during summer it is important that you should give plenty of fluids to the child so that the child doesn't suffer from dehydration and you can also supplement with ors that is oraxl rehydration solution and lime water. make the child wear cotton clothes only and keep the child in cool atmosphere. the child can make use of caps during travelling
