A. Neopeptine drops you can try you can give 10 drops to the child two times in the day and you can give it for a minimum of 5 to 7 days and after that you need to stop it I think your child is just having a minor indigestion issues the doctor would be able to help you if needed otherwise any issue you can try this medicine if you want
