Q.
My four year old girl having cough during in night and sleeping time. she got cold and cough in winter frequently last winter also she had this same issue

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing.
paracetamol for fever and pain
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honeyx diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give water at frequent intervals
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice dailyx to the child
This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.
