Q.

My first period started 7 months after my delivery, and I’m experiencing very heavy bleeding. Regular sanitary pads aren't enough to control it. Any tips from fellow new mothers???

A. hello during first frw periods when u resume post delivery is normal but still any cincern then is better ti chk ur doctir n she will be able to guide u accordingly which will be better n also safe too
